The Sammy Dee Blues Band is a trio of professional musicians in Longmont, CO that are active in the Colorado blues music scene.

Sammy Dee Morton has played Louisiana and Texas style Blues for 35 years. His smooth, soulful and energetic way of playing has captured many an ear. Sammy Dee developed his chops playing alongside Blues and Cajun performers such as: Kenny Neal, Debbie Davies, Tab Benoit, and Doug Kershaw. He's appeared on multiple recordings and in 2005 was awarded the Honorary Louisiana Bluesman title by the state of Louisiana, a rare and prestigious distinction.

The Remus Tucker Band


 


The Remus Tucker Band is a hard rockin outlaw country/southern rock band from Denver, CO.  Formed in 2012, the group released their first album, South Of New Orleans, in 2013 and quickly became a well known name in the Denver music scene.  With high energy performances and a vocal range that's in the style of Robert Plant, Steve Perry and Ronnie Van Zant, the band quickly became a favorite at the Taste of Colorado and People's Fair.  They perform both locally and nationally at festivals, fairs, motorcycle rallies, poker runs and have shared the stage with John Lee Hooker, Jr and Firefall.  Their latest single "Lonely Mile" is receiving global radio airplay and they are currently working on a second album due to be released in fall of  2019.

Zach Day

 

 

Zach DAy is a self taught singer/songwriter from Hazllehurst Mississippi who blends Texas Country with Delta Blues to create a raw sound he dubbed "Cotton Country."

 His first studio produced album Mississippi Heat  is quickly picking up momentum across the Southeast, where he's been performing festivals and venues.  He completed a tour of Canada and in winter of  2018 Zach completed a short midwest solo tour, performing in Kansas, Colorado and Texas.  He keeps generating many new fans that look forward to welcoming him back on his next tour.  There is no doubt that big things will be coming from Zach over the next year, keep an eye out for him!

Rise Again ICT

 Rise Again is an Acoustic Rock & Alternative Contemporary Metal band from Wichita, KS.  The band is currently working on singles for the new album "Mehtevas". The buzz has been tremendous surrounding the debut of RISE AGAIN's acoustic "ICTUNPLUGGED" performances. The band has embraced a new versatility that has widened their fan-base to reach acoustic songwriter fans, contemporary fans, alternative rock, and metal lovers alike.

Mojomama

 

Mojomama is a blues band from Longmont, CO who combine funk, rock and soul to create a smooth sound drawing on influences including Aretha Franklin, Stevie Nicks and Susan Tedeschi.

They were a semi Finalist in 2018 International Blues Challenge in Memphis and have been selected to return for 2019 representing the Colorado Blues Society.   Their 3rd album Red White and Blues was released in July 2018 and the group has been busy performing at local venues and fundraisers.
